Picking A Fight on Social Media

My friend Bill Townsend recently gave a presentation covering online marketing to the Baylor MBA candidates.  It was a great overview, but I was disappointed with his dismissive attitude on social media.  So like any good friend I decided to disagree publicly.  I started a blog duel and Baylor is going to have the students chime in as well with comments.
